GSC Off Season Training 2026 – 2027

Grizzlies South Carolina Off Season Training provides current members an awesome opportunity to work with our coaching staff throughout the off season and improve on fundamental skill development and technique. Payment for all sessions is due in full upfront at the time of registration. By registering, you are committing to the entire program. No partial payments or pro-rated refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

OFF SEASON TRAINING is available to ALL interested players regardless of club or town affiliation. It is also NOT mandatory for current Grizzlies South Carolina players to participate. Goalies can attend the off-season clinics for free. We will also be offering a dedicated 10-week Goalie Development Program that can be registered for separately.

As a reminder - WE DO NOT PROVIDE PRORATING, CREDITS OR REFUNDS FOR ANY  GRIZZLIES SOUTH CAROLINA PROGRAMMING! We strongly encourage any interested player to take the insurance option provided to receive money back due to injury or scheduling conflicts. 

Program Highlights:

• High intensity drills
• Building on lacrosse IQ
• Developing fundamental skill development and technique
• Stick work in unison with the feet
• Having fun with peers!
• Working with different members of Grizzlies South Carolina staff!
• Designated goalie training offered

• Pinewood Prep in Summerville (first 3 Sundays only)
• District 4 Stadium in North Charleston

We will be offering training/clinics for all age groups:

• 2027, 2028, 2029, 2030 (High School)
• 2031, 2032, 2033 (Middle School)
• 2034, 2035
• 2036, 2037 

TIME:

• Sundays
• 1 hour each week
• 5 PM: 2037, 2036 | 2035, 2034
• 6 PM: 2033, 2032, 2031 | 2030, 2029, 2028, 2027
• Multiple groups will train at the same time
• Goalie attend these clinics at no cost

• November: 1, 22, 29
• December: 6, 13, 20
• January: 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
• February: 7, 14, 21-make up date
