CTG HAS A "NO REFUND" POLICY FOR ANY PROGRAMMING AND/OR TRY OUTS
CT GRIZZLIES does not offer refunds and/or credits for scheduling conflicts with programming. Please do not register for any programming until you are sure you are able to commit or SELECT INSURANCE COVERAGE during your registration to ensure you can and will receive money back if a conflict does arise after you register.
ALL PROGRAM REGISTRATION OFFERINGS HAVE "INSURANCE COVERAGE" OPTIONS PER REGISTRATION. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RECEIVE MONEY BACK FOR CONFLICTS WITH PROGRAMMING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ALL PARENTS SELECT THIS OPTION WHEN REGISTERING FOR ANY PROGRAM.
We will honor refunds if CT Grizzlies needs to change any scheduled programming due to conflicts on our end.
Due to registration deadlines for tournaments, payments due for rental field space, deadlines for uniform packages to be ordered, securing coaching staff for upcoming seasons, much of what we make payments for happens WELL before we receive payment for the programming.
We do this based on program registration. It is why we provide registration so far in advance and why we provide dates of programs, try outs, tournaments and practices months prior to start dates. We do not do this to be difficult, we do it to run our business successfully and for the convenience of our members.
