Coach Alyssa & Coach Steph will be hosting DEFENSIVE SPECIALTY YOUTH CLINICS this spring for our 2034 - 2030 defenders & midfielders. Focus of the 6 week clinic session will include and are not limited to the following concepts:
- stick work
- footwork/agility
- clearing emphasis
- "help" defense
- backer defensive set
- communication
- ground ball work
- checking
- taking risks
The session will be based on a progression. We will incorporate additional concepts as the session goes on and build on a solid foundation of defensive concepts and musts to be great defenders both individually and as a unit!
DATES: SUNDAYS - 5 WEEKS
- March 22nd & 29th
- April 26th
- May 3rd & 17th
TIME:
- 2032's - 2030's - 5 PM - 6 PM
- 2033's & 2034's - 6 PM - 7 PM
COST:
- $500 per player
